Delivery time: We try best to fulfill customers' requests to meet their
deadlines. Our staff will respond the delivery date to customers within 24 hours
after receiving orders. If customer has special request for tasks to be
completed ahead of schedule, we will strive to meet customers' deadline
ASAP.
Ⅱ. After-sales service
1. Fast Response: Our staff commits to respond to customers' requests
regarding the after- sales in 24 hours.
2. Principle of service: Within warranty period, for oversea customers, if
equipment failures not by improper uses, we shall provide replacement units or
following other principles agreed between customers and us to meet customer's
needs. If the product is damaged by improper uses,
we shall charge the delivery fee plus units cost price.
